Lean Green Smoothie for Gut Health

Ingredients (1 Serving)
1 1.5 oz. Farmhouse Culture Classic Gut Shot  
1 scoop of Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides 
1 handful of fresh spinach 
½ cucumber
chopped ½ cup frozen pineapple
5 sprigs cilantro 
Juice of one lime 
½ cup ice 
½ - 1 cup coconut water to reach desired consistency
Optional: ½ banana for a sweeter/creamier smoothie

Add all ingredients to the blender, starting with ½ cup coconut water. Blend, and add more coconut water as needed. Enjoy!
