“Low”                        Must have at least 40 calories less per serving and less                        than 3 grams of fat or less per serving than others of the                        same food. 
“Reduced”                        or “Less” the product was altered to                        have 25% less than the reference food. 
“Free”                        Must have less than 0.5 g per reference amount and                        per labeled serving size.
“Light”                        1/3 fewer the calories, ½ the fat, or ½ the                        salt. 
“Lean”                        Less than 10 grams of fat per serving
“Extra                        Lean” less than 5 grams of fat per serving.
“Good”                        Source of It contains 10 to 19% of the daily value.
“High”                        20% or more of the daily value.
“More”                        This product contains 10% more than other of the                        same.
